How To Apply For Leave
To apply for leave following the procedures below:
- Click on here to proceed to the HR system. Note that this link is ONLY accessible from within the university which means that you cannot apply for leave from any other place but the University.
- Enter your domain Username and Password in the fields shown below:
- After successful login, place your mouse cursor on the leave tab as shown below:
- Select Apply
- Under Leave Type*, select the type of leave you wish to apply e.g. Annual, Exams, Conference, etc.
- Select when the leave starts and when it ends by selecting dates from the two calendars i.e. From Date* and To Date*
- Click on Apply* to finish applying for leave.

To view the type of leave you are entitled to:
- Click on here to proceed to the HR system. Note that this link is ONLY accessible from within the university which means that you cannot apply for leave from any other place but the University.
- Enter your domain Username and Password in the fields shown below:
- After successful login, place your mouse cursor on the leave tab as shown below:
- Select My Entitlements*
- A list of all the leave types you are entitled to will appear as shown below:
